The Problem:

Yes Ford had a tough time handling Facebook ads by themselves. Their ads weren't working well, and they were getting leads that didn't turn into customers. They wanted to improve their brand and help people find their perfect car.

The Solution:

When we teamed up with Yes Ford, we started with a plan focused on their customers. In the first 90 days, we directed traffic to their website and retargeted users for up to 180 days, encouraging them through the buying process. We also created a custom quiz with 10 questions to pre-qualify potential customers. This strategy has been successful, and even six months later, 30% of their sales come from Facebook and Instagram.

Here's what we achieved in the first quarter of 2024:

- Over 700,000 impressions

- 34,000+ clicks

- 1,317 leads

- Cost per lead (CPL) of $6.93

- 34% of total sales influenced by Facebook and Instagram

- 54 out of 157 sales in Q1 influenced by our strategy

- Cost per sale (CPUS) of $168.90

What's Next:

We're planning to expand our efforts with an Omni-channel approach. This means Yes Ford will advertise across social media and Google, reaching customers wherever they go. This strategy will help attract more customers to visit, call, or check out their website.
